We are currently seeking a market manager for this division.

The Investment and Trust Services Market Manager will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including participation in a Pay For Performance (PFP) program, which provides a significant range of opportunity.  This position is located at the bank's Camp Hill, PA Office.

Duties:

Responsible for growing the investment and trust services recurring and nonrecurring fee income in order to meet growth and profitability objectives within a designated market area; developing and/or expanding own book of business; participating in and/or ensuring bank representation at high-impact public relations and community events in the designated market area; fostering the bank's relationship management culture; coaching and supervising assigned personnel; communicating and interfacing with other bank personnel; insuring compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; and, providing periodic reports.

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree in a related field of study or equivalent knowledge.  Specialized trust and investment education and training.
  • Series 6 and 7 licenses, Series 24 license, Series 63 license and CFP is preferred.
  • A preferred candidate is someone who is located and well established within a 75 miles radius of Camp Hill, PA.
  • Minimum of 8 (eight) years experience in related positions normally required.
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of banking operations with impact in the investment and trust services function.
  • Comfortable with supporting the banks sales culture and helping current and prospective customers in order to meet sales and service goals.
  • Develops new business through sales/marketing while leveraging partnership opportunities throughout F&M Trust.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
